Energy inspections

Energy inspection is an all-inclusive settlement of the use of energy and water in the building and is made to find out the profitable savings in costs. The inspection is made following the rules made by The Ministry Of Employment and the Economy (Finland) and Motiva Oy.

Basic condition estimations

Our company carries out all-inclusive basic conditions valuations of facilities. We inspect the facility as a whole including structures and house technics and give our report on it.
